Pokemon Winds and Waves announced

The Pokemon Company and Game Freak have announced Pokemon Winds and Waves, new flagship titles in the franchise set for release in 2027 on the Nintendo Switch 2. These RPGs will feature an open world with islands and oceans, and players can choose from three starter Pokemon: Browt (Grass), Pombon (Fire), or Gecqua (Water).
