FrameOver has announced The 9th Dragon, a narrative-driven action game for PlayStation 5 set in 1980s Hong Kong's Kowloon Walled City. Players will join an elite police unit to combat the criminal underworld, featuring voxel art, cyberpunk elements, and a roughly 10-hour adventure. A release date has not yet been announced.
