PS5 Getting Fan Favorite PS3 Action Games, But There’s a Catch

Treyarch has announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops 1 and Call of Duty: Black Ops II will be ported to PlayStation 5 in July 2026, with Iron Galaxy Studios handling the development. These will be direct ports of the PlayStation 3 versions, not remasters, and will include Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies modes. While a PlayStation 4 release is unconfirmed, there will be no PC or Xbox re-releases.
