PS Plus Essential is getting more expensive for new customers this week
Sony is increasing the prices for new 1-month and 3-month PlayStation Plus Essential subscriptions starting May 20th. The company cited "ongoing market conditions" for the price adjustment, which will affect new subscribers in most regions, with exceptions for Turkey and India. Annual subscriptions remain unaffected by this particular price hike.
