Resident Evil: Veronica’s Biggest Rewrite Could Be Its Villain
Capcom is reimagining the villain Alfred Ashford for the upcoming remake of Resident Evil: Code Veronica, now titled Resident Evil: Veronica. Producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi stated the remake will delve deeper into characters while respecting differences and maintaining the original's dark themes. The game is set for a 2027 release on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and the Switch 2.
