Robert Downey Jr. stated that the upcoming Marvel films Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars will aim to "earn your trust and respect all over again" by taking a new approach. He acknowledged that directly competing with Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame is not feasible. Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled for release on December 18.
