The 'Common Ground' update for Rust introduces a new Clan system, rentable apartments at the Apartment Complex monument, and player-run shops. The update also includes progression changes for Softcore mode, such as adjusted raid times and resource multipliers, alongside updated player animations and new base wallpapers.
