Saber Interactive has added an AI disclaimer to the Steam page for Rideshare Stimulator following controversy involving CEO Matthew Karch's comments about replacing a writer with AI. The disclaimer clarifies that while AI tools were used for voice generation and some localization in the main campaign, the core narrative and characters were written by humans. An optional Free Ride mode utilizes AI for passenger missions and dialogue, and AI-generated music is also featured on radio stations.
