SCP: Fragmented Minds Expands with Chapter 02 on April 3
HST Game Studios and indie.io announced that Chapter 02 of their survival horror game, SCP: Fragmented Minds, will be released as a free update on April 3, 2026, for PC via Steam. This new chapter expands the game's systems, introduces new SCP entities, and continues the story within the SCP Foundation universe, including a quest arc for SCP-049 and new gameplay mechanics like the Wrist Device and Reality Anchors.
