Screamer is a neon-soaked arcade racer that blends the finesse of Wipeout with the aggression of Mario Kart, featuring a unique twin-stick control scheme and a combat-focused power-up system. While the game boasts impressive anime-inspired visuals and a robust suite of modes including four-player split-screen, it is occasionally let down by some unbalanced missions, tedious characters, and less engaging tracks.
