Shigeru Miyamoto revealed that the upcoming The Legend of Zelda movie will feature an original story, drawing from the series' 40-year history. The film, directed by Wes Ball, is set to release on April 30, 2027, and will star Benjamin Evan Ainsworth as Link and Bo Bragason as Zelda.
