Sovereign Syndicate Review

Sovereign Syndicate is a narrative-heavy RPG set in a steampunk London, featuring an illusionist minotaur protagonist. The game offers multiple playable characters and a unique stat system based on tarot cards, but suffers from an illusion of choice in dialogue and a slow-paced, repetitive chapter-switching mechanic. Despite a rich world and detailed writing, the game fails to live up to its potential due to mechanical issues and dated presentation.
