New footage from the upcoming film Spider-Man: Brand New Day reveals that the villain Ramrod will join the cast, alongside previously shown characters Tarantula and Boomerang. Director Destin Daniel Cretton continues his trend of referencing classic Spider-Man comic covers with Ramrod's appearance mirroring Amazing Spider-Man #221. The film, starring Tom Holland, is set to release on July 31.
