Shift Up has announced Stellar Blade: Blood Rain, a sequel to Stellar Blade that continues the story with a new protagonist named Evie. While set in the same universe, the game features a distinct cyberpunk aesthetic and Evie's gauntlet-based combat style, differing from the original's swordplay. The sequel may not be a PlayStation 5 exclusive.
