Director Craig Gillespie revealed that David Corenswet, who plays Superman, improvised many of his lines in the upcoming film Supergirl. Corenswet's strong grasp of his character allowed for spontaneous and humorous dialogue, particularly in his interactions with Milly Alcock's Supergirl. The film is set to release in UK cinemas on June 25 and US theaters on June 26.
