Switch 2 demand appears to be flagging as Nintendo reportedly lowers production
Nintendo is reportedly lowering production of the Nintendo Switch 2 by a third, from 6 million to 4 million units, due to flagging demand, particularly in the US. This comes after Metroid Prime 4: Beyond underperformed sales expectations, though the recent success of Pokémon Pokopia has provided some positive momentum. The company has maintained its full-year sales expectation of 19 million units for the console.
