Emails revealed due to the Musk v. Altman lawsuit show that Valve co-founder Gabe Newell offered to introduce Hideo Kojima to Elon Musk in 2018. Newell had met Kojima at Valve headquarters to discuss Death Stranding and expressed a desire to help Kojima fulfill his ambition of going to space.
