11 bit studios announced that The Alters: Last Variable, a DLC expansion for their survival game The Alters, will be released on July 13th for PC and consoles. The expansion adds a new 20-hour story focused on terraforming the planet, introducing new underground base building mechanics and scientific roles for the player's 'alters'.
