Mortal Shell 2, the sequel to Cold Symmetry's debut Soulslike, is currently the most popular true-blue Soulslike in the Steam Next Fest open beta. The game introduces new mechanics like a gun and a petrify spell, while retaining the weighty combat and class system of the original. The developer promises over 60 dungeons for the full release.
