The new Minecraft Snapshot gives server owners the option to see much, much farther
The latest Minecraft update, Snapshot 9, has been released early, giving Realm owners enhanced control over render and simulation distances. This update allows for manual configuration of how far chunks appear to players, improving scale and planning. Additionally, Snapshot 9 addresses several bugs, including issues with Endermen, foxes holding mushrooms, and game crashes during loading screens. The update is available for the Java edition via the Minecraft launcher.
