The Sinking City 2 is shifting towards a survival horror genre, moving away from the open-world detective gameplay of its predecessor. Developer Frogwares is focusing on creating a more unsettling atmosphere with improved mechanics like looting and a more meaningful safe room system. The game is set to release this summer on PC platforms including Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.
