Two U.S. Gamers Are Suing Nintendo Over Tariff Refunds

Two U.S. gamers have filed a class action lawsuit against Nintendo, alleging the company will be unjustly enriched by refunds from tariffs previously imposed by the U.S. government. The lawsuit claims Nintendo will recover the tariff payments twice, once from consumers through higher prices and again from the government. Nintendo had previously sued the U.S. government over these tariffs.
