Valheim confirms 1.0 release date alongside new Deep North biome

Valheim will officially launch out of Early Access on September 9th, 2026, with its 1.0 release. The update introduces the new Deep North biome, featuring new enemies, dungeons, and traversal mechanics like ice skating and a grappling hook. The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Linux, and Mac with full crossplay.
