WarioWare director Goro Abe leaves Nintendo after 25+ years
Goro Abe, director of Nintendo's WarioWare series, has departed the company after nearly 30 years to become a professor at Osaka Electro-Communication University. He will teach in the newly established Game and Social Design department, focusing on game-related research and development. His last directorial project was WarioWare: Move It! in 2023.
