Weapons prequel Gladys adds Godzilla writer as we get one step closer to horror villain Aunt Gladys' return
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. is developing a prequel to the horror film Weapons, with director Zach Cregger and writer Zach Shields attached to the script. The prequel will focus on the character Aunt Gladys, portrayed by Amy Madigan, who received an Oscar for her performance. Shields also has credits on "Monarch: Legacy of Monsters," "Godzilla vs. Kong," and "Godzilla: King of the Monsters."
