Webcam-hacking Minecraft malware is disguising itself as mods, and it's infected thousands of PCs

McAfee has identified a new malware, WeedHack, disguised as Minecraft mods and launchers, which has infected thousands of PCs. This malware steals passwords, hijacks accounts, records keystrokes, and can take over webcams. Hackers are distributing it via YouTube, Discord, and Reddit, targeting young players with fake mod downloads.
