Who is Rotta the Hutt in The Mandalorian and Grogu? The Star Wars history of the Clone Wars character explained
Rotta the Hutt, son of Jabba the Hutt, makes his live-action debut in The Mandalorian and Grogu as a gladiator fighter. Originally introduced in the animated Star Wars: The Clone Wars movie, Rotta was kidnapped by Count Dooku and rescued by Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano. In the new film, Din Djarin and Grogu are tasked with rescuing Rotta for the Hutt Twins.
