Wildcard is using the bones of its abandoned MMO Atlas to build naval content DLC for ARK Survival Ascended
Wildcard is repurposing assets and technology from its abandoned survival MMO Atlas for the upcoming Tides of Fortune DLC in ARK: Survival Ascended. Co-founders Jeremy Stieglitz and Jesse Rapczak stated that Atlas was too ambitious, but its naval and water systems are being integrated into ARK: Survival Ascended, allowing players to craft ships and experience more dynamic waters.
