With Destiny 2 dead, Bungie is trying to save Marathon's dwindling player count with a free-to-play trial
Bungie is offering a free Open Play Week for its first-person shooter Marathon from June 2 to June 9, coinciding with the launch of Season 2. This initiative aims to boost the game's declining player count following the end of development for Destiny 2. All progress made during the trial will carry over to the full paid version available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
