Xbox delays Fable to 2027 but insists "the game is in great shape"
Xbox has announced that the upcoming role-playing game Fable has been delayed to February 2027, moving from its previously planned fall 2026 release window. Xbox content chief Matt Booty stated the delay is to give the game its own dedicated moment and ensure it is in great shape. A new look at Fable is expected at the Xbox Games Showcase on June 7.
