Xenoblade Chronicles Genesis is coming in 2027, and it looks very different to Monolith Soft's last JRPG trilogy
Monolith Soft has announced Xenoblade Chronicles Genesis, a new entry in the series set to release in 2027 for the Nintendo Switch 2. This new title will lean heavily into fantasy RPG elements, diverging from the sci-fi blend of the previous trilogy. Additionally, all three Xenoblade Chronicles games are receiving enhanced "Nintendo Switch 2 Edition" releases with improved resolution, framerates, and new bonus content.
