Crunchyroll and Shueisha announced that the anime adaptation of the manga Black Torch will stream on Sony's service in July 2026. The series follows a high schooler who fuses with a mononoke and joins an espionage bureau to hunt hostile spirits. The anime is produced by 100studio and will be a simulcast available globally except in Asia.
