Graphic designer James Turner, formerly of Game Freak, has been appointed as the new Creative Director of Art and Design for The Pokémon Company. Turner, who previously worked on titles like Pokémon Black & White and Pokémon Sword & Shield, will now oversee the art direction for future Pokémon projects. He also founded his own studio, All Possible Futures, which released the game The Plucky Squire in 2024.
