Alpha Compute Acquires GAMEE from Animoca for $5 Million

Animoca Brands has sold a 60% stake in its gaming platform GAMEE to Alpha Compute for $18 million, with an initial payment of $3.5 million and potential earn-outs up to $7.5 million.
