Raiden Trad (Genesis)

The Sega Genesis version of Raiden is a faithful conversion of the arcade shooter, featuring two primary weapons and powerful bomb mechanics. However, the port suffers from a slower ship speed, an obscuring status bar, and a poorly implemented checkpoint system that significantly increases the difficulty. While it includes an exclusive, extremely challenging new level, the game is ultimately considered inferior to other shooters available on the platform.
