Fancy Factory has launched its new retro-inspired maze-bomber game, KABOOMANIA, simultaneously on a wide array of platforms including PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and multiple Commodore Amiga models. The game features 1,000 handcrafted levels, a 16-bit visual style, and a soundtrack by legendary composer Chris Huelsbeck. KABOOMANIA is available now for $9.90, with a physical Amiga edition planned.
Kaboomania Brings Explosive Retro Action To Xbox
Kaboomania, a retro maze-bomber game originally developed for the Amiga 1200, has been released on Xbox Series X|S. Developed and published by Fancy Factory, the game features 1,000 levels, five themed worlds, and a four-player local battle mode. It offers classic arcade action with a fresh identity, priced at £8.39.

Kaboomania, a Bomberman-inspired game developed by Axel Friedrich's Fancy Factory, is preparing for a Kickstarter launch. The game features retro pixel art, a new soundtrack by Chris Huelsbeck, and will be available on Amiga (including Amiga 1200 and 4000) and PC. A demo featuring the first 10 levels of the single-player campaign is now available.
