Fantasy Flight is reviving the beloved, out-of-print second edition of the cosmic horror board game Arkham Horror with Arkham Horror Remastered, set for an October 2026 launch. XCOM To Get Miniatures-Focused Tabletop Game Celebrating 30 Years Of Firaxis
Firaxis announced a new XCOM tabletop miniatures game as part of its 30th-anniversary celebration. Developed by Modiphius Entertainment, the game will be inspired by XCOM: Enemy Unknown. Fantasy Flight has announced the discontinuation of its board game Descent: Legends of the Dark and its planned Act III expansion due to prohibitive manufacturing and development costs. While the game will no longer receive new content, the accompanying app will remain functional for existing players. The company has not ruled out a future return to the Descent franchise in a different form.
