GensoKishi Online signs MOU to transfer operations to Hanabi-tei, plans reboot and new service launch by fall

GensoKishi Online, a Web3 MMORPG formerly known as Elemental Knights, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Hanabi-tei Inc. to transfer its game operations. The new operator, led by prominent community members, plans to reboot the game by mid-May 2026, with a service relaunch targeted between August and September 2026, aiming for operational sustainability through cost reduction and enhanced revenue streams.
