Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 boss sympathizes with "struggle for survival" of GTA-inspired crime game from Just Cause lead, says it "could easily have happened" to Warhorse's RPG
Daniel Vávra, director of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, expressed sympathy for the troubled launch of Samson, a new crime game from a co-director of Just Cause. Vávra noted that the struggles faced by Samson, including layoffs and rushed self-publishing, could have easily happened to his own studio's RPGs. He believes the unpredictable nature of game development means more such stories are likely in the future.
