Gonjiam, Asal Muasal Film 402 Rumah Sakit Angker Korea
MD Pictures has announced a remake of the South Korean horror film Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum, titled 402 Rumah Sakit Angker Korea, set to release on July 9, 2026. Directed by Anggy Umbara, the film follows a crew live-streaming their exploration of a notoriously haunted abandoned psychiatric hospital. The original 2018 film was a critical and commercial success, popularizing the found footage genre in South Korea.

A remake of the popular South Korean horror film Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum, titled 402 Rumah Sakit Angker Korea, is set to be released in Indonesia on July 9. Directed by Anggy Umbara, the film follows a webcast horror show crew venturing into the infamous Yongwon Hospital for a live broadcast. The adaptation features a young cast and was filmed on location in Korea.
