Earth Defense Force 5 and Earth Defense Force 6 coming to Switch 2
D3 Publisher and Sandlot have announced that Earth Defense Force 5 and Earth Defense Force 6 will be released on the Nintendo Switch 2. Earth Defense Force 5 launches on October 8th globally, while Earth Defense Force 6 is set for a winter release. Both titles have previously been available on PC and PlayStation consoles.

D3 Publisher and developer Sandlot announced that Earth Defense Force 5 will be released on Nintendo Switch 2 on October 8, with Earth Defense Force 6 following this winter. Both titles will support multiple languages and are being ported by Yuke’s. Earth Defense Force 5 is currently available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC, while Earth Defense Force 6 is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.

Grove Street Games has announced BeastLink, a new online multiplayer game featuring humans, vehicles, and colossal kaiju battling in fully destructible cities. The game promises unprecedented scale and a new destruction technology called SuperDestruction. An early access release is planned for summer, with a PlayStation 5 launch to follow, and a closed beta test for PC players starting May 8th.
Earth Defense Force 6 Surpasses One Million Players Worldwide
Sandlot announced that Earth Defense Force 6 has surpassed one million players worldwide. The game is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. Earth Defense Force 6 is set three years after the events of Earth Defense Force 5, with humanity rebuilding after defeating alien invaders known as the Primers.
