iPhone is getting 9 fresh emoji next year — but the pickle makes you wait
The Unicode Consortium has finalized artwork for nine new emoji, including a pickle, lighthouse, and cracked smiling face. These new characters are expected to be available on iPhones with the release of iOS 27 next year, after Apple and other companies implement their own designs.
