8BitDo has unveiled the Ultimate 3E Modular Controller, an officially licensed wireless controller for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Apple devices, and Android, set to release on August 31, 2026, for $150. This controller features a fully modular design with swappable joysticks, D-pad, and ABXY buttons, including unique magnetic ABXY modules that allow switching between membrane and microswitch inputs. It also boasts TMR anti-drift joysticks with electromagnetic sensors, Hall Effect Impulse Triggers with trigger stops, and customizable RGB lighting, all managed through the 8BitDo Ultimate Software app.
