Microsoft withdraws DMCA claim against indie developer Unomelon
Microsoft has withdrawn its DMCA copyright claim against indie developer Unomelon concerning the voxel sandbox game Allumeria. The claim had alleged that Allumeria used gameplay and assets from Minecraft without authorization. Unomelon confirmed the claim's removal, restoring the game's Steam page and expressing hope for better investigation of automated claims in the future.
