Rebellion's BAFTA award-winning game Atomfall is being adapted into a television series by Two Brothers Pictures. The adaptation will expand upon the game's alternative-history 1962 Northern England setting, which follows a player emerging into a militarized Quarantine Zone after a nuclear disaster. The game's developers, Jason and Chris Kingsley, expressed excitement about the partnership to bring the story to a new medium.

The addition of a rapid travel network via the BARD tram also improves the overall gameplay loop, making Atomfall feel more complete and engaging.
