Four years after the last one, Baldur's Gate 1 and 2's enhanced editions have a new patch out in Steam beta
Beamdog has released patch 2.7 for the enhanced editions of Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate II, and Icewind Dale, with its Siege of Dragonspear expansion, as a Steam beta. This marks the first update since 2021, introducing features like proper Steam cloud saving, native Apple Silicon Mac support, and dynamic language support for easier addition of new translations. The patch also includes community-made translations for Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Ukrainian, Hungarian, and Japanese.
