Director Nia Dinata has begun filming Berbagi Suami 2.0, a reboot of her 2006 film about polygamy. The new version will explore contemporary family dynamics, emotional impacts, and social pressures related to infidelity and polygamy in modern Indonesian society. The film, produced by Kalyana Shira Films, is expected to be released in 2027.
