PSVR2 Takes Another Hit as Sony Nukes Exclusive Shooter Firewall UltraSony has delisted the PlayStation VR2 exclusive shooter Firewall Ultra from the PlayStation Store and will terminate its online services on September 17, 2026. Developed by the now-closed First Contact Entertainment, the game failed to meet sales expectations despite being a follow-up to the well-received Firewall Zero Hour.
Sony Shutting Down 2023 PS5 Exclusive Game, Already DelistedSony Interactive Entertainment is shutting down the PlayStation VR2 exclusive shooter Firewall Ultra, developed by First Contact Entertainment, on September 17, 2026. The game, a sequel to Firewall: Zero Hour, was delisted from the PlayStation Store without prior notice. While the PS4 version of Firewall: Zero Hour remains unaffected, Firewall Ultra received a lukewarm reception compared to its predecessor.
