Anime Expo 2026 Announcements for Gamer Girls, Otome Fans, and Shoujo/Josei Readers

Anime Expo 2026 revealed numerous titles targeting otome, visual novel, shoujo, josei, yuri, and BL fans. Aksys Games showcased new otome titles like OVER REQUIEMZ and Olympia Soirée -Catharsis-, while Crunchyroll announced anime adaptations for Dengeki Daisy, Magic Knight Rayearth, Here U Are, and The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn’t a Guy at All. Publishers like Kodansha, Square Enix, Seven Seas, Yen Press, and Ize Press also announced a wide array of manga and light novel licenses across these genres, many slated for release in 2027.
