The full Kingdom Hearts saga is coming to Switch 2, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S
Square Enix announced that the full Kingdom Hearts saga, including Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind, will be upgraded and ported to Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on October 8, 2026. The collection will be available as an all-in-one bundle or sold separately, with upgrade discounts offered for previous-generation owners. A demo for Kingdom Hearts 3 is available today on Nintendo Switch 2, and Kingdom Hearts IV was also confirmed for the platform.

A collection of Kingdom Hearts games, including Kingdom Hearts - HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind, is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on October 8, 2026. Previously released as cloud versions, save data will be transferable to these new native ports. A free demo for Kingdom Hearts III will also be available.
All The New Switch 2 Ports Confirmed In Nintendo Direct June 2026
The June 2026 Nintendo Direct revealed several new ports for the Nintendo Switch 2, including Lies of P: Complete Edition, Devil May Cry 5: Devil Hunter Edition, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 Remix, 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and Kingdom Hearts 3 + Re Mind. Previously PlayStation 5 exclusive Stellar Blade and a new version of Minecraft are also coming to the platform. Several other third-party titles will launch day-and-date with other platforms.
